These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to attending events organised by The Intellectual Minds (“The Intellectual Minds”, “we”, “us”). By booking a seat, submitting a form or attending an event, you agree to these terms.
1. Events
- Our sessions usually include a talk by a guest speaker, a refreshment break, a Q&A and networking. Timings shown on the website are indicative.
- Speakers, topics, venues and timings may change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will inform registered guests on WhatsApp or email as early as possible.
- Views expressed by speakers are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of The Intellectual Minds.
2. Eligibility & entry
- Events are intended for adults aged 18 and above. Some venues may serve alcohol — venue rules and applicable laws, including the legal drinking age, apply.
- Entry is subject to a confirmed booking. You may be asked to show your booking message and a valid photo ID.
- Seats are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Tickets & payments
- Ticket prices, if any, are shown on the Book Tickets page and in our confirmation message. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways under their own terms.
- Delivery of service: this is an in-person event service. Your booking is confirmed digitally on WhatsApp/email; nothing is shipped physically.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Code of conduct
We want every session to be respectful and welcoming. Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, disruption of the talk, unsolicited hard-selling, or any unlawful activity is not allowed. We may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave, without refund, if they break these rules or the venue’s rules.
5. Photos & videos
Our events may be photographed or recorded and shared on our website and social media. By attending, you agree to this. If you prefer not to appear, please tell our team at the event and we will do our best to respect it.
6. Speakers
Speakers confirm that their talk and materials are their own or used with permission, and do not contain defamatory, misleading or unlawful content. Speakers allow us to use their name, photo, bio and session recordings to promote the event.
7. Personal belongings & venue services
Food, beverages and other services at the venue are provided by the venue. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an event is limited to the ticket amount you paid.
8. Website content
The name, logo, text and images on this website belong to The Intellectual Minds or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
